Meta Box Plugin Error

Whenever I try to activate the Meta Box plugin, it causes the site to go into “This site is having technical difficulties” and I can no longer access the dashboard. I have to go to the network admin dashboard and remove meta box plugin to get back in.

On the wp-engine host error logs its showing this:
