Menu item´s image does not work for all items

Good morning,

Here I am again, I apologize for the inconvenience but I am almost finished with the website for my client and I came across a last minute problem.

I already have the main menu created and I obviously have submenus (subitems) but I can’t associate the images for all of the subitems, can you tell me why?
The idea is to select “Enable Mega Menu (Apply for level 1” / columns style /) for all and not select any sidebar menu.

In the fields, “sapateiras” and “Por medida” do not work.
The images are all 390×85 in size.

Can you please test?If you want administrator access I will give it in private.
