mega menu display column subcategories dynamic

I would like to show all subcategories from a parent category in the mega menu.
Now the megamenu shows a list of subcategories buy I would like to show a 4 colum list of subcategories.
Yoi can see an exaple of what I`m trying to do here:

I would like the category MEDICAMENTOS to show the same menu as ACCESORIES buy dynamically.
