MBStore product import error

Hello. I am using MBStore theme. And as an add-on
Product Designer for WooCommerce WordPress | I’m using the Lumise plugin. When I use the Products>Import option from the admin panel, the website crashes. ERROR_MANY_REDIRECTS. Please I want to solve this problem. I’m about to have huge problems with my client.
