Logo not Loading

I am almost giving up on your theme kalolia, I have done everything on your documentation, but here is the thing, the logo does not load, if it does, i have to deactivate Metabox plugin but then i loose visual builder, i have currently completely deleted it form my server, can you give me an alternative theme or refund since i have never had so much trouble with a theme…
