Logo and Slider Text on Mobile

Hi, i’m having trouble making the logo to work. If i make it smaller for mobile, on computer looks smaller and pixelated, if i make it bigger for computer, on mobile breaks the mobile site. Can i upload one logo for pc and another one for mobile? Or what else can i do? I want to make it to look bigger on computer and fit on mobile (with very good resolution on both).

Another issue is the text of the slider. In computer looks aligned, but in mobile looks very messy. What do i have to do to make this work properly?
