Login and Register link only on desktop not visible on mobile

Hi,
Why can I see login and register links in top-right of the screen in all my site if I see it from desktop but instead on tablet and smartphone I see the login and register link only when I one of the see category-shop page (for example bags) and in all other pages I don’t see these links?
