Layout pruducts

Hallo
i ask for 2 problems:
in homepage of my website (screenshot), you can see that the layout of my products isn’t correct (problem 1) because in setting i choose 4 columns and 8 products.

Second problem: i’d like to visualize one price in all products…how can i do?
