js files missing

Hi,
just installed Simen for Prestashop but the slider on the homepage don’t work and 2 js errors are showing :

Uncaught TypeError: $(…).SnsAccordion is not a function(anonymous function)
Uncaught TypeError: $(…).owlCarousel is not a function(anonymous function)

I compare code source and demo source and it seems some js files are missing :
owl.carousel.min.js, global.js and few others

can you help please
prestashop version : 1.6.1.3
