jquery load from static

Hello, we have a upcoming tv spot and are preparing our server for traffic. We are creating static pages to help with the load. My question is, what file do I need to load to show contents of the mini-cart?

In other words, if I am on one of the static product pages and click add to cart, the items show up in the mini cart, but when I click over to another static page the items do not show up in the minicart, only after adding another product will they show up.

So I just need to know what file to load on page load for the mini cart.
