Installation: change file AdminThemesController.php in root/controllers/admin

Hello!
I just purchased SNS Senia Prestashop Theme and following the installation instructions..
2.2. Theme Installation
2.2.1 Using your favorite FTP manager to change file AdminThemesController.php in root/controllers/admin

I’m using Prestashop 1.6.1.2.

Do I need to change file AdminThemesController.php in root/controllers/admin?
I can’t find it.

Or should I simply install the Theme using the Prestashop Control Panel.
