Incorrect update files

Have been struggling with layout issues and seem to have found an issue.

Recently logged on to themeforest to download the updates to take to V1.8 but we are given versions for V1.5. If you look at the MAC_OS download folder it has updates from 05/09/2020 but the normal folder does not have anything after 26/05/2020.
Also the readme.txt file shows as being version 1.0 – this need to be corrected.

Where can we download the V1.8 update ?

Running WordPress 5.5.1 and Woocommerce Version 4.5.2
