I would like to show all the categories in a dropdown

I would like to show all the categories in a dropdown or full width mega menu from the main menu how could i do it do i need to write each category with its link or could it be done automatically?

Also where do i change the Welcome to Guest ! (+23) 123 456 789 of the top?
