I need change styles .css

Hi there,

I need to know how I can change the css styles. When I press F12 for console only see theme-XXXXXX.css

This is my first time with these templates. Is there any way to disable compression? in configuration – advance settings change Less for “Only compile when don´t have the css file” and Less Compress, select no. But nothing happens.

Somebody can help me please?
