I get a “parse error” after install snssimen theme

After I had installed snssimen theme for WordPress I get the following error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/clicinstitute3/public_html/wp-content/themes/snssimen/functions.php on line 297
Does anyone know how to solve it?
