How to turn on the left side and configure the top short menu of home-17

Hi. I bought an EVON theme from you and activated home-17, but I can’t find where the Main short navigation menu is enabled. tell me how to turn it on. And how do I turn off the right side of the top menu or edit the menu items: language, currency and authorization or configure the top menu of home-17?
