How to enable searh by sku

How to enable search by sku?
Hello. I need activate product search by SKU.
But, I install any plugin that implements this and nothing works. The standard search widget works, however, it shows the search results in non-design page.
How can I do a product search in the Evon search field and make Live Search work too.
