how to disable newslater popup, also want to control when popup will display

Hi,

Actually I have purchased prestashop theme from themeforest.

Now on each page load newsletter subscription is showing, so I want that this popup will not come every time, just come once on first load of every sessions.
Also if I want to disable pop up then who is this possible from back end.

Please guide me to find solution of the above mentioned questions. I will be thankful to you.
