How to change the favicon

Hi,
How can I change/set favicon ?

and one more question:

In the product categories we can choose how to sort products (sort by price and so on) but I do not see anywhere in the menu option to change this section. I’m try to translate it into different languages (I use qTranslate-X) but I do not see this option anywhere.
