how to change product page layout

Hi there,
when going to the product page view, there is on the right:
shop by, compare and hot products. How can I change the order?
I want hot products at the top, then, compare and last shop by?
Also, how do I change the language of the main heading? It changes the language in the block but not the head! Thank you!
