How to add new tabs to the Magento Nova

Hello,

I dont know how to add new tab in magento Nova. Tabs should be in all mobile products. Here is a link http://mandu.si/hart/mobiteli/iphone-5s-16gb.html to product where you can see that now it is just Opis (Description) but I need to add Tech. descr. to!
