How can I change the color of the fixed menu?

Hello!

If you make the menu fixed, so it scrolls along. The color of the menu is transparant. But you can’t read the menu very well then.
So where can I adapt it?

Also I can’t seem to change the logo even though I tried the way explained earlier.
