Host Specs

Hi, today i bought this template and i love it, congratulations. I have a question about the server specs, “max_execution_time”…etc. Is this mandatory only for upload the demo? Or is this for the entire template to work properly? I called to my host service and they told me they can increase the post_max_size to 64M, the upload_max_size to 64M but the max_execution_time would be 30, if i want to increase to 180 they have to charge a monthly fee in order to increase those specs. What should i do? Maybe with those specs i can make it work? Thanks in advance.
