Homepage Product attributes?

How do we turn off the attributes (sizes and color) on the Homepage Product carousel?
Ill paste a link..Imported my products from older site.

Another question: How can I “Globally” make changes like this? without doing it to every single product… On the Actual Product page for a product It has the wrong attribute selected for everything.
