HOME page and categories

i have problem with logo on home page . already uploaded and showing on other pages but not on home page .

also categories i have eddited them and added new . but when i go to Appearance – menu – categories cant find them to add to menu .

also on home page i cant find where to edit header language section and prices . its not showing at POST WC CODE
