Hide Settings Icon

Hi there, thank you so much for your time and help.

My client does not like the Settings icon, screenshot for reference.
Is there a way to hide/remove this?

It is the Language, and Currency sections they do not want there.

If we can hide Language, and Currency please let me know, or disable to entire Settings Icon, whatever is easier.
