Hide Add to cart button when unavailable for order

In product options, there is a checkbox where can I disable ordering of current product. When this checkbox in unchecked, Add to cart button is hidden and there is a note that the current product is out of stock. http://fo.demo.prestashop.com/en/tshirts/1-faded-short-sleeves-tshirt.html

In Avaz theme, the Add to cart button is still here, even if it is not possible to order the product. After trying to add the product to a cart, it displays a note that it is not possible.

Would it be possible to change the “Add to cart” button to the red “Out of stock” button (not clickable)? I could hide that product at all, but it gets 404 error pages and it is not good for SEO.
