Hamburger menu and category filter not working on mobile sticky header

Sole-house.com-stage
It seems the on smaller devices the hamburger menu and category filter on sticky header is not working. No action is triggered when we scroll down and click on the icons. The user have to scroll all the way up to use the features.

Could you please help me fix this.
