Full Nav Menu in >1024px Devices

With this template the navigation menu that is displayed on a tablet placed horizontally is the responsive version for mobile. Although the rest of the elements are displayed as if it were the PC…

I think that normally for devices larger than 1024px the whole menu is used.

How and where could I make the adjustment in this template?
