Footer Layout

Have just purchased the Samex theme for WordPress and have installed the demo content.
Cannot get the footer to show links as per the demo.

Can find no way of looking at the layout for the footer. Where is it located ?

Also, FYI theme has outdated Woocommerce templates:
samex/woocommerce/single-product/related.php version 3.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.9.0,
samex/woocommerce/single-product/tabs/tabs.php version 2.4.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.8.0,
