Footer Columns Gone

Hi,

We got a couple of issues after we moved our dev site from one hosting to another. If you can help us with the first issue we would like to resolve. The footer columns above the copyright area is not showing anymore in our site. Will you please check and bring it back please. I can’t even see where I can set it up.
