Footer and Top Menu Not visible

Hi guys,

I’m currently working on a project for a client(http://box5583.temp.domains/~shopkin6/). I imported the demo. However, I can’t get these two things right:
1. Footer.
I would like the footer as it appears in the demo with Store Info, Company, Account, and Get In Touch sections.

2. Top Menu Bar.
I can’t see the top menu bar that contains; email, phone, working days, etc.\

Kindly help me out.
