Footer and Layered Navigation not working

Hi,

The footer isn’t working correctly. It wont change the blocks that I select via the SNS Mosera configuration page:

Also, the layered navigation isn’t showing up no matter what I do:

http://new.hopscotch-shoes.co.uk/boys-shoes.html
