font problem

Hi,

I am currently in the process of customizing the hadona theme, I am wanting change the themes current standard font to stop showing it as a bold font and have the text thinner but i can not see where i would change the themes option for this.

Its the standard font in the header menus the footer, everywhere i need as a thinner looking font rather than the current bold looking font its currently showing as you can see in the link if i have included below for your reference if needed..
