fixed header messed up site

Hi really liked the look of the theme but kinda almost regretting purchase which is a shame. I turned on fixed header and now header is messed up and stays that way after unchecking fixed header. also site is reallll slow. on mobile header is not sticky and clicking on product thumbnails does not take me to product page. Need help fast as i have deadline
