Fatal error and no menu after fresh installation of SNS Mosera

I did a fresh installation of magento 1.9.2.4 and after installation of theme I found no menu and below error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function setTemplate() on a non-object in /data/home/demo/public_html/cat/site2/app/design/frontend/sns_mosera/default/template/page/html/footer.phtml on line 63
