faq inserting and lastest blog?

Good Morning,

i bought the trella theme for prestashop.

In particular, I chose this theme for the beautiful visual and the features included. Specifically the faqs, social sharing and blog management.

However, they are not usable within the back end. Is it possible that there is an internal error in the theme?
