Exhausted memory size

Hello!

I had to reinstall Magento and therefore the theme and now I do not get it to run anymore. My Magento Version is 1.9.2.1, but when applying the simen theme I get an exhausted memory size error (in lessc.php). I do not understand it because in my htaccess file I set the memory_limit to 1024M. Do you have any idea what could cause the error?
