Error updating the banner slide in theme.

When i go to website admin of my website and try to upload the banner in the website, and click save config, it gives me Internal server error.

STEP TO REPRODUCE : this error from your side

Go to admin section of our website
Than please go to tab sns theme and than click sns simen
Than you will get slide slide show option as screen attached.

but when u add image and save it ,
Website shows internal server error.
My website name is prestigesmartkitchen.com

Than i contacted my hosting people for internal server error thing, and i came to know the following.

I have been trying to debug this issue but it this will require intervention of the theme developers to take a look at the issue. While looking at the error log and trying to reproduce the issue, here is what came back:

You will need to contact SNStheme and show them the errors above. They can then give direction as to what we can check to fix.

Please tell me how to fix this issues.
