I’m receiving this notification when attempting to view posts. ERROR: Sorry this Purchased Code using by another user on this system. Our system just accept one user for each Purchased Code

I have my purchase code, I used it once, all of a sudden I cannot use it. What do I do now? Did someone hack and steal my code?
