I’m coming to ask you for help. I have a fairly critical problem on my shop for a very long time.
The problem is that customers can not always connect. If that does not work, they fall back on the login page, without error on the standard identification page.
But on the page one page checkout, they have this error message (see the file).
On several computers, with 3/4 browsers, the problem is not related to a single browser, and happens very regularly.
The only “solution” I have found is to clear browser cookies if it does not work. But I will not ask the customer to do that!
It’s pretty crazy, and I just spent a day without really understanding where it comes from except that delete cookies that I can connect.
