Error 503

Hi, I have talked to my hosting and they say that the template is not compatible with version 1.6.1 of PrestaShop. A few days ago I send an email asking why , what you answer me to buy the template and that if he had any compatibility problem , warn you to fix it.

I have restored a backup that had not installed nova template, whether to perform some preliminary step during installation .

When I installed , I appeared “ERROR 503 ”
