Error 500 with Import Demo Content

Hello,

I bought one of your WordPress Theme. I needed to import demo content in it, in order to have ready demo pages, but your function ‘Import demo content’ shows me the error “500”. I tried the same function in a local PC, with a different host, but it returns me the same error 500.

The required characteristics are respected:
max_execution_time 900
post_max_size 128M
memory_limit 1024M
upload_max_filesize 128M

How can I fix the problem to complete the procedure?
