Editing/translating pages who are not in Magento backend (CMS Pages)

Hi I have another question. There are several pages who are not in magento (CMS/Pages) But are on my website. For Example: http://suskewiet.eu/index.php/customer/account/.
I can’t find this page and a lot of other pages in my Magento backend.
I need to translate these pages into Dutch and France.
Is there any way I can ‘upload’ them to Magento/Cms/Pages?
