Editing Pages?

Hi,
I have been trying to locate the files (code locations) so I can edit them. I installed the quick-start package..

1: Footer – Address (Spelling error for Address)
2: Footer – Business hours (Clock icons not showing)
3: Footer – Join in (Text below is: Lorem Ipsum)
4: Sub Footer – Designed by (Remove/Edit)

Addthis – Is this extension integrated in the theme already? (Paris Facebook etc) As I would like to edit the share buttons/open-graph etc – I am just checking before I add the extension if it would cause a conflict?
