displaying brand extension menu in footer area

I asked brand filtering extension’s support to display brand extension menu in footer area,
and they answered me if it doesn’t appear even if brand extension setting is correct,
I have to change the layout setting of your theme.
I attached the image of brand extension’s original layout for footer area.
How can I edit footer area?
