Demo Content Not Importing Past 50%

I have Godaddy as my host, I use Cpannell, I added the code snippet to wp-config.php, I changed the load times etc. that are recomended, Ive called Godaddy to try and fix the problem, I still have no luck. I do not know how to use FTP and or how to transfer that info to you to remotely access it so help with that would also be great. I saw a few topics down that you were able to help odabiclothing with his/her site and getting the demo content in, so I am hping that you can do that same for me. Otherwise it was a wastes $63…
