Demo Content Not Able to Import

Hi I just purchased this wordpress theme (SNS Theme Evon) and have followed your instruction to import the theme for (home 5) but it stuck at 50% and couldn’t go any further. Why is that?

When I open the website, many product images are in loading, what does it mean? Does it mean 50% of the media are not imported?
