Custom CSS

Hi,

Our client bought your SNS Twen – Responsive Magento Theme and asked us to install it. So we did and added some custom CSS through the admin panel. But for some reason the custom css is not working. We can see a new CSS file on the server (with the right rights) but it isn’t working.

Any idea what’s wrong?
