Currency, Language, Social Media, phone number etc.

I’m having some issues locating the settings as to where to change some of the settings on the Valen theme. First off, I need to edit the currencies languages and phone numbers that can be found on the top black header bar. As well, I cannot locate where I can edit the links for the social media icons that are found in the footer, as well as a few other places. I’ve looked through the documentation and cannot seem to find anything on these items. Sorry if I’m overlooking this information somewhere. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.
